2.2. Fees must be paid within the stipulated payment period communicated by Trident Verviah.

2.3. The programme fee is payable in full before the commencement of the programme. However, Trident Verviah may, at its sole discretion, consider requests for payment in instalments on a case-by-case basis, depending on the student's circumstances and subject to prior approval. Where an instalment arrangement is approved, the payment amounts, due dates and applicable conditions will be communicated to the student in writing before the programme commences. Unless an instalment arrangement has been expressly approved, the full programme fee must be paid before commencement.

Where instalment facilities are offered, the payment schedule and applicable conditions will be communicated separately.

2.5. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be communicated before payment.

2.6. Students should retain payment receipts or transaction references for future correspondence.

2.7. Enrolment fees and payments are specific to the student and programme enrolled in. They cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval from Trident Verviah.

3.4. Students must inform Trident Verviah in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled class.

3.5. Missed classes due to personal commitments, travel, work schedules or other student-related reasons will not automatically qualify for a refund or complimentary replacement session.

4. Learning Outcomes & Expectations

4.1. Trident Verviah is committed to providing structured training, guidance, learning resources and an environment that supports student development.

7. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

7.1. Before Programme Commencement

A student who wishes to withdraw before the programme commences must submit a written refund request through the official communication channel of Trident Verviah.

Eligible refunds will be assessed based on the services already provided, any applicable registration or administrative charges disclosed before enrolment, and the circumstances of the request.

7.2. After Programme Commencement

Once a programme has commenced, refund requests will be evaluated based on the sessions delivered, services provided, programme commitments and applicable legal requirements.

Where a refund is justified, the amount will be calculated fairly, taking into account the unused portion of the programme and any permissible deductions disclosed before enrolment.

7.3. Non-Attendance or Discontinuation

A student who voluntarily stops attending classes, fails to participate, changes personal plans or discontinues the programme without formally requesting withdrawal will not automatically become eligible for a refund.

7.4. Dissatisfaction with Learning Progress

Individual expectations and learning outcomes may differ. Lack of expected progress, dissatisfaction with personal performance or failure to achieve a desired result will not, by itself, qualify for a refund where the agreed programme and services have been delivered.

If Trident Verviah discontinues a programme and cannot provide a reasonable replacement or alternative arrangement, the student will be eligible for an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion of the programme, subject to applicable law.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with the student's name, enrolled programme, payment details and reason for withdrawal.

Trident Verviah will review the request and communicate its decision within a reasonable period. Approved refunds will be processed through an appropriate payment method.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
